DART for ART Gallery

Dart for Art Gallery Display

DART for ART has gone the social distance!

For the health and safety of our guests, DART for ART will take place ONLINE!
The DART for ART gallery, however, will be on display in our Petoskey galleries, free and open to the public for in-person viewing.

DART for ART is CTAC’s largest fundraiser. Now, more than ever before, we are depending on community support to provide arts opportunities and education for years to come! Proceeds from DART for ART benefit the arts center’s year-round programs, including exhibitions, concerts, classes, school tours, dance, scholarships, and so much more. If you would like to learn more about this distinctive event, please contact CTAC at 231.347.4337 or andrea@crookedtree.org.

As always, the DART for ART gallery features original works of art -- including paintings, photography, sculpture, jewelry, pottery, and more -- generously donated by area artists. DART ticket holders will get a chance to virtually "dart" for their chosen work of art from the collection. This year, all DART artwork will be on display in Petoskey's Gilbert and Bonfield Galleries, making the work viewable not only to DART ticket holders and donating artists, but the general public as well. Want a chance to DART? Contact Andrea at 231-347-4337 or andrea@crookedtree.org to get your ticket today.

The 2020 Virtual DART for ART Featured Artist is Harbor Springs’ own Trisha Witty. The featured artwork, entitled “Ethereal,” is an original palette knife oil painting created by Witty, which will be auctioned off online during the event. One of Northern Michigan’s premier local artists, Trisha Witty is honored to be CTAC’s featured artist for the 2020 Virtual DART for ART: “I have supported and donated original art to this event for the past 15 years. Dart has always been one of my favorite ways to contribute to our community enrichment.”
