Hannah Bianchi, is a 2011 alumni of Crooked Tree Arts Center School of Ballet. After graduation she danced with Deeply Rooted Dance Theater in Chicago for two years before continuing her studies at SUNY Purchase Conservatory of Dance. While in New York she had the pleasure of dancing the works of choreographers such as Martha Graham, Rosalind Newman, Taryn Kaschock Russell, Doug Varone, Nejla Yatkin and Norbert De La Cruz III. Hannah graduated summa cum laude in 2017 with a BFA in Dance with a Production Concentration and now enjoys being immersed in the dance world through teaching, directing and theater tech. She has stage managed for Nelly van Bommel/NØA Dance, Walter Robinson Productions, Crooked Tree Arts Center School of Ballet and Purchase Dance Company at various theaters including New York Live Arts, Mark Morris’s James and Martha Duffy Performance Space, the Neuberger Museum, and Ailey Citigroup Theater. She was répétitrice for George Balanchine’s Concerto Barocco and has taught at various studios including ARCC Ballet and Dance in Chicago, IL, Studio B Dance Center in Eastchester, NY, Center Stage Dance Studio in Farmingdale, NY, and Crooked Tree Arts Center School of Ballet. Hannah is an American Ballet Theater Certified Teacher, who has successfully completed the ABT® Teacher Training Intensive in Pre-Primary through Level 3 of the ABT® National Training Curriculum. Although she has taught for Crooked Tree Arts Center for the last seven summers, Hannah is very excited to continue sharing dance this Fall in her hometown. She hopes to one day as be as inspirational and influential to her students as Ms. Heather is to her.
