Ingrid Shults is an artist and educator residing in Northern California, US. She has an MFA in Studio Arts from Purdue University, and has exhibited her work nationally and internationally. Ingrid works primarily as a painter with a focus on the figure, but has extended her practice of sketching to include her travels, or more relevant to the COVID-era, her untravels.  

Ingrid has a firm belief in the transformative power of observational drawing and promotes this practice in her workshops and the most recent Untravel Sketchbook Series.
