Join us for Paint Grand Traverse Artist Demos August 15 - 18 at 10 AM in Hannah Park.  
The demonstrations are FREE and open to all ages.  RSVP optional to receive a reminder email.

Learn how Jennifer Tobias interprets Michigan's landscapes and lakeshores with some abstraction of the scene.  She paints with a fairly thick impasto on wooden panels using acrylic in fauvist colors. 

Jennifer will demonstrate in Hannah Park next to CTAC.  CTAC will provide folding chairs.  If you would prefer a camp chair, please feel free to bring it.  The demonstration will move inside to the classroom if the weather is not appropriate.

Jennifer Tobias maintains art studios on Old Mission Peninsula (Ten Blossom Studio) and in Chicago, IL (Constellation Studio.) A former home store retailer and interior designer, Jennifer paints landscapes which reflect the experience of living on both sides of Lake Michigan, as well as abstract art and commissioned work. Jennifer has taught art workshops in Dordogne, France and will be offering another French workshop in 2026.
