Description

PGT 2023 artist, Debra Howard will demonstrate in Hannah Park next to CTAC. CTAC will provide folding chairs. If you would prefer a camp chair, please feel free to bring it. The demonstration will move inside to the classroom if the weather does not cooperate.

Debra Howard is a full time, award winning plein air, oil painter, currently residing on Traverse Bay, Omena Michigan. 

Her work has been featured in the American Scholar and Plein Air Magazines. She is a Signature Member of the Mid-Atlantic Plein Air Painters Association (MAPAPA). She offers artists talks, plein air workshops and has a regular plein air group that meets in northern Leelanau County. She has a passionate national collector base.

Debra has been juried into prestigious Plein Air competitions in over 20 states, winning many events, including, Savannah, Harford, Solomons, Floyd, Glen Arbor, Northport, Ellicot City, Dexter, Crisfield and Mountain Maryland.
