The evening's menu prepared by NOMI Kitchen will include:
Charcuterie Platters: Cured meats, aged cheeses, pickles, dried fruits, fresh fruits. cut vegetables, nuts, jams, mustards, crackers
Chicken & Shrimp Croquettes: Ground chicken, minced shrimp, fresh ginger, cilantro, scallions, toasted sesame, sweet-soy glaze (Gluten Free)
Tomato Crostini: Tomato jam, savory herbs, burrata, EVOO, toasted baguette
BBQ Shrimp: Korean BBQ glazed shrimp, watermelon, togarashi seasoning
Falafel: Crispy ground chickpea bites, scallion, cucumber, tzatziki sauce
