Join us for a delicious evening with Chef Daniel Rutkowski of Willow in Harbor Springs and Local in Bay Harbor. Chef Rutkowski will demonstrate and prepare a three-course meal for guests to enjoy. Learn the tricks of the trade and ask questions as the chef demonstrates how to prepare the meal. Recipes are provided for you to take with you to recreate a fantastic meal in your own home. Red and white wines provided!
Reservations (includes meal and wine):
We are doing thing a bit different this year! Guests are LIMITED to 8 people, so we can safely spread out in the kitchen. We are respectfully asking that masks be worn until seated. All meals will be plated rather than family-style to avoid shared serving utensils. Your vaccinated volunteer host will be masked and gloved as well to ensure all safety precautions are taken.
