I've always been interested in creating art. In high school, I started selling handmade jewelry through the gift shops in Leland, MI, where my family spent summers. While pursuing a degree in Math & Physics at Lake Forest College, I took a jewelry workshop to learn sterling silver jewelry construction techniques. Between pursuing a full-time career in Information Technology Management, marriage, and raising a family, I tapped into my creative side to make one-of-a-kind gifts for friends. From 2005 - 2017, I continued my education in jewelry construction at the Milwaukee Area Technical School. In 2016, I retired, and we moved to Michigan in August 2017. I am now very happy to be able to make my jewelry business a larger part of my life by participating in artist's markets and teaching silversmithing classes.
