Greg Czarnecki’s life with photography has spanned the golden age of film, the desktop computer revolution, and now through the world of digital imaging he shares his depth of knowledge.
Initially, photography served as a means to fund a university education. For seven years Greg was employed by Agdan Photographic of Detroit, East Detroit, and Troy as an event and commercial illustration photographer.
Then came a career as a high school media specialist where he utilized his technical and visual skills over many years. He was an active participant in the computer revolution from early computer kits to later complex networks. His software experience ranges from ImagePro (which became Photoshop 1.0) to today’s sophisticated photo programs and processing actions.
Not letting retirement while away his skills, he is presently employed with his wife as staff photographers for the Ann Arbor Symphony. They are now in their tenth season with the symphony. Combined with travel, landscape photography, meeting interesting new friends and experiences, it is a photography life for Greg Czarnecki.
