Good Morning Laguna

We welcome Suzie Baker, 2018 Paint Grand Traverse plein air painter, for her Bringing It All Together Workshop.  The workshop will kick off with a lecture and demo. Students will receive instruction on principles of painting ranging from drawing, color, value, composition, color theory and so much more. Every day, you will apply what is being taught by getting outside to paint including full days in the field seeing, recording and observing nature as it changes. Suzie will demo on location and offer one-on-one instruction to all the students while they paint.

Suzie’s personal goal is to identify every student’s level and provide strategies to progress through group instruction, example, and individual interaction. Her humorous, informative manner makes tackling this multi-faceted challenge a fun and rewarding experience. Tuition includes transportation for a one day off-site location to be scheduled closer to the start of the workshop.

Cancellation & Class Policies

Cancellation Policy for Multi-Day Workshops

Crooked Tree Arts Center reserves the right to cancel any multi-day, sequential-day workshop that does not meet its minimum student enrollment 30 days prior to the first workshop session.  If a workshop is cancelled by CTAC for lack of enrollment, CTAC will offer a full refund to the student in the manner in which tuition was paid. (Cash payments will be refunded by check.)

Student Withdrawal
Requests for cancellation by the student at least sixty (60) days prior to the first day of the workshop will be honored (minus a $20 processing fee).  Requests for cancellation by the student between thirty (30) and fifty-nine (59) days prior to the first day of the workshop will receive a 50% tuition refund . NO REFUNDS will be given for a student cancellation made less than thirty (30) days prior to the first day of the workshop.
