Take a culinary journey around the world! In this three-week, hands-on class, students will learn how to bring the flavors of international cuisine to their tables. The first night will feature a menu from a French Bistro; the second night, from an Italian Trattoria, and the third night will feature foods from a Spanish Cocina. Each meal will consist of 3 courses...we may make breads, soups, appetizers, or desserts to go with the main course, depending on the region featured and the direction participants may prefer. Participants will receive copies of all the recipes used.
French Bistro menu example: menu may include gougeres, Coq au Vin Bianco over rice and walnut tart for dessert.
